Do you accept returns?

We only accept returns if the product is damaged , defective upon arrival , or if the wrong product was shipped from our end. The product must be returned in its original packaging or securely packed .If it arrives damaged due to poor packaging , the return will be rejected. 

What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof. Our team will review the issue and assist you with the next steps.

Who bears the return shipping cost?
If the return is approved due to damage or defect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Do you offer refunds?
Yes! We offer refunds in the following cases:
1)If the product is damaged, defective , or the wrong product was shipped from our end.
2) If the order is cancelled before processing

How long does it take to process refunds ?
1) For order cancellations before processing, refunds are issued within 5-7 business days .
2) For returns , refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval and only after the returned product reaches our warehouse and verified.
