How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email or WhatsApp message with your order details. If you do not receive a confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us.
When do you ship out orders?
We try to ship out orders within 3 business days after confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
Can I cancel my order after placing it ?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not been processed yet or before it is shipped out, whichever is earlier. To request a cancellation, please contact us via:

Once an order has been shipped , cancellations are no longer possible.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you made a mistake while entering your shipping address, please contact us within the first 3 hours of placing your order or before it is shipped out, whichever is earlier. Once the order is shipped, we won’t be able to change the address, and you may need to place a new order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept online payments only via UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available
Where do you ship?
We ship across India. However, certain remote areas may not be feasible for delivery at times. If this happens, we will inform you and assist with alternative solutions.
What are the shipping charges?
We charge a flat shipping rate of ₹49 for orders within Manipur, and ₹79 for the rest of India.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically delivered between 5-15 days, depending on your location. However, the final delivery time is determined by our courier partner.
What happens if I fail to accept my delivery?
If a package is returned to us due to non-acceptance or failure to collect, we can re-ship the order, but you will be required to bear the shipping charges for the second attempt. Please note that no refunds or returns will be accepted in this case. We will contact you before proceeding with the re-shipment.
My order status says "delivered," but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received the package, please follow these steps:
1) Wait for a few hours – Occasionally, tracking updates are marked as delivered before the actual delivery happens.
2) Contact us within 24 hours of the status update – We will coordinate with the courier service to investigate the issue.
